The California retail giant seems to have chickened out against their lawsuit threat against parody website WTForever21. Apparently, blogger Rachel Kane and her lawyers decided to turn Forever 21's game on its head: instead of observing the company's cease-and-desist deadline, they decided to issue their own deadline for Forever 21 to sue them.
And since that date passed without the company making good on its threats (or any further comment at all for that matter), this means the site is back to business on making fun of the company's crazy designs.
