I read once  that" to be successful you must first conquer yourself before you conquer your dreams",  

After having kids, I suddenly have that struggle to get back in shape, imagine my frustration seeing myself in 75kgs with acne all over my face, I battled my postpartum depression by myself not knowing where I am heading, there was a point in my life where I have to question myself if I have made the right decisions, I'm a free spirited person, I love to travel, do things on my own, creative in so many ways, loner and most of all lazy, yes!! I'm lazy, growing up with grandparents makes one very lazy and special at the same time.  

I don't use to having someone mandate me and get jealous when I want to make time for myself, it's too much for me to take but I have conquered all these frustrations by looking into it in a positive way, I have accepted the fact that, destiny has brought me here and that I am gifted with the opportunities to experience life and become an instrument of life. I owe it to my creator to be grateful for what I have become and what I can offer to the world.

I know, I still have a lot to learn and roads to take, I must conquer myself before I conquer my dreams, here's a pledge to myself that from today, I will follow the 5 second rule, that is to listen to my heart and inner self, to take things one step at a time, to start living a life and follow my heart's desire. I know it's not easy, not even desirable at my stage, but I absolutely up for the challenge. I have a clear vision of myself, the things I want to pursue and I want to do in my life, I will not allow any negative thoughts in me nor into my system. 

for all the working moms out there, let this be a day that we all stand for what we want to do in life, to become the best mother, wife and a person we want to become, let's begin by working on our plans to become successful in many aspects of our lives.  let this be the day that we can say: I AM WORTHY OF SUCCESS AND I SHALL CONQUER MYSELF.

WESOME STARTS NOW! LEGOLAND® DUBAI OFFICIALLY OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

Dubai, UAE: 1 November, 2016 – Awesome officially starts now as LEGOLAND^® Dubai, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region’s largest integrated theme park destination, opened its gates to hundreds of guests yesterday with an unforgettable opening ceremony.

The LEGOLAND Billund Guard Marching Band kicked off celebrations, which included a choreographed dance number from the LEGOLAND® costume characters, spreading smiles across faces of excited flag-waving fans who then took part in a 10 second countdown to opening.

Siegfried Boerst, General Manager of LEGOLAND Dubai, officially opened the region’s first LEGOLAND theme park, along with Nick Varney, CEO of Merlin Entertainments and Raed Al Nuaimi, CEO of DXB Entertainments, owner of Dubai Parks and Resorts, by pushing a giant red LEGO® button, launching a pyrotechnic show and sending multi-coloured streamers into the sky before the kabuki curtain dropped, revealing the colourful theme park.

Siegfried Boerst, General Manager of LEGOLAND Dubai commented: “We are excited to celebrate this historic day with friends of LEGOLAND Dubai as we officially open the region’s first theme park aimed at families with children aged 2-12. We are committed to offering unforgettable experiences and we look forward to welcoming families from the region to experience days filled with adventure and fun.”

LEGOLAND Dubai is the ultimate world of LEGO adventures for families with children aged 2-12. It features over 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions and 15,000 LEGO model structures made from over 60 million LEGO bricks.  LEGOLAND Dubai features six themed lands - LEGO CITY, ADVENTURE, KINGDOMS, IMAGINATION, FACTORY and MINILAND - each unique in their design, entertainment and playful learning experience.

IGNITE City Crews are communities of city runners and to drive this concept forward PUMA has joined forces with running crews in cities around the world, the latest of which is The Burrow Run Club, Kuwait City.

The time has come to don your running shoes with PUMA and IGNITE YOUR CITY with The Burrow Run Club. The club, which is open to both Burrow members and non-members, will give you a chance to meet new people and try something a little different.

The Burrow hosted the #IGNITEKuwait event on Saturday 27^th August to kick-start The Burrow Run Club at Al Shaheed Park in association with PUMA. Over 50 participants attended the event and battled it out in 2 different fitness challenges including The Bleep Test & Death by Burpees to test endurance, and helped build a foundation to track progress throughout the duration of Run Club.
