RED Kidney Beans Cookie

I’m a food lover period, I can cook but not that good, I can bake but not that good, I can??!!.. yah, I can eat and I am that GOOD!!  it’s my expertise… hahahha..

Anyway, I was given a sample pack of red kidney beans last week; I’m happy but bitterly confused as to why I have it and what I am going to do with it,

Our nannywas very happy upon seeing the pack in my bag as I got home, I mean, like overacting happy when she saw the beans and it makes me more confused then!

she grab the beans and excitedly run to the kitchen, minutes later, I heard lots of noise inside the kitchen, like hammering  and shouting(literally singing…)  so I just snap my fingers and proceeded to my room and sleep…

The very next day, I woke up and surprised to see a platter of cookies in our table, I took a piece and ate a portion of it, it’s crunchy, sweet and I love it!!  More to my sweet surprise, the cookies were made from the beans…!  With additional ingredients of course!!  

From a red strange bean to a great yummy cookie.... a perfect recipe is what I am seeing it, it’s healthy, delicious and I can only hope to have more samples of the beans... it's supppperrr yum-yum!!....

Baking Moments!

I was checking old folders in my PC and found photos of  my baking days, don't exactly remember the year or date but seems its a long long time...! oh oh...! good times and I wanna do it again...!

SUPER yummy l"La Boulange'r" bread...!

Recently, I discover one super yummy bread in sultan center that makes me crazy and crave more and more specially at night sorta MIDNIGHTcraving.. i'm not pregnant by the way... , it's a bit expensive compare to the normal bread but who cares!!! it's the taste and the quality of the food I intake that's all that matter, eh??!!
